Amber is absolutely lovely and she did a fantastic job - very thorough and attentive to detail. It seems as though the time allocated for different things should be a bit longer though - I had requested time for a soak off instead of e-file removal, but even though we didn’t do it we still ran out of time. The girls always seem a bit rushed, and it would be nicer if they were able to take their time so that the experience felt overall a bit more “high-end” as advertised.

Really poor gel pedicure, seemed as if it was done by my little sister. The gel polish has streaks and is uneven on the nails. I asked her for a glass instead of a plastic cup for hot tea and she was very unhappy about it and was rolling her eyes. Won’t come back to this place.
