In the beginning it was a bit noisy, because there were other people starting other treatments, but then it was fine. The massage was good, but I had the feeling the masseuse was hurrying up the massage. That made the experience less relaxing.

I would not advise the urban facial. I have active irritation now and my skin was calm before I went. Was looking for relaxation. But alot of noise during the treatment from others, u are in a shared space seperated by curtain. Not horrible not great

I was helped by Karolina and it was amazing! It was my first time getting a head spa treatment, and she explained everything clearly. She took her time, was super friendly, and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely recommend!
