I had two pedicures and one as a birthday gift for my friend. Basically our appointment was at 3PM, and my friend was started around 15:20 and myself around 15:30. I did not mind that they were late. However, it is not fair that you pay for a 50mins pedicure with massage (the high end) and my friend finished after 30mins, and I was finished in 40mins. I would have expected they keep their time anyways. Also my friend’s therapist did not ask her once, about the shape, or even say one word.
