First I waited 40 minutes to start my haircut. Then the hairdresser was impolite, quite rough on my head and not caring at all. He was more interested in a package that arrived than my haircut. The hairdresser left multiple times during the cut to check some items in a delivery he received, talk to other people in the shop or reply to the phone.
0 COVID safety, there were multiple people coming and going, spending time in the shop without mask even though COVID cases are at the highest peak.

Super schone nette zaak: kapsel was ook naar wens in model gebracht wat voortijdig met jou word door gecommuniceerd. Al met al 10 sterren waard! Tot snel!

Had an appointment at 17:30 for my 5-year old son, we waited for 30min. What’s the point of booking a time then? Hairdresser very rough with the kid, not gentle at all. My son is already scared of cutting hair, he got even more tense. I tried to calm him down by kneeling to talk to him, the hairdresser told me to stop. Disgusting behaviour. Never coming back.
