Let me start with the positives - I was happy with my manicur, the location and the ambience.
What i did not like, and what took me by surprise was the pedicure and the pricing.
I arrived 10 mins late after informing the salon of the delay. I had initially used this site to book a 45 min pedicure and 45 min manicure, in the hope that it would be a more luxurious experience compared to the 30 min sessions. What I got for the pedicure was a 25 min session as supposedly my feet were in decent shape, and no nail polish although this was included in the booking. Given that I was 10 min late, I think it is still fair to expect that the nail polish is to be included. It wasn’t. And neither was filing or softening of the full foot. I was told to book a 30 min session next time as that’s all it would take for manicure and pedicure. however, I was still charged full price which was a good 20 euros in total that the salon refused to change as it was booked through treatwell. I will not being going here again, and will think twice about using treatwell too.

Always reasonably good treatment. Unfortunately, the hygiene lacked this time: witnessed how the same instruments are used for 2 clients, sitting next to each other. No attempt to disinfect. Standards must be there.

Wat een top salon! Ik had me vergist in de tijd, dus kwam te laat aan en hier deden ze totaal niet moeilijk over. Mijn eerste keer bindweefselmassage was top, ook mijn wenkbrauwen zijn mooi bijgewerkt! De medewerkers waren super vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd
