The manicure looks really nice but they don't soak your hands in warm prior to cutting the cuticle. This made it painful and I was left bleeding from cutting the cuticle on my thumb. It still is painful days later. The staff was very friendly and the end result of my pedicure and manicure looked great. If they were to soak the hands and feet prior to cutting cuticles I would surely return but otherwise rather go somewhere where they do use the warm water to make the cuticles soft prior to cutting
