Ana works fast and efficiently. Some of the wax was not properly removed though, so I took the liberty of using some extra oil. Then, I got stuck on the floor due to some left-over wax. It was no big deal, just something to remember.

I got my biab removed and my nails look horrible, red and chipped. Two of my nails were already off so I can see a clear difference between what she did and how healthy my two nails look where she didn’t use a machine to take the biab off. She didn’t even take off the biab color off my edges, there is still a bit of color on the side of my nails. Very bad service because I complained and she said that that must be my nails although I can see the comparison.
