Suzie is friendly and welcoming. However, the overall experience was negative. I booked acrylic refill for 45€ because there was not hard gel option and called to check whether they had hard gel. She said yes and she was going to change the booking, but she didn't. I showed up at the appointment and she did BIAB, I asked for clarification and she told me it was almost the same, then charged me 100€. Very unprofessional, knowing I was not familiar with the treatment and I booked a 45€ treatment.
