De behandeling was prima, maar ik zou het niet als kapsalon kwalificeren gezien de zitplaats e.d. Dat ben ik bij andere kapsalons anders gewend. Maar de kleuring is goed uitgepakt, dus wat dat betreft heb ik geen klachten. Verder zou ik wat betreft de muziek ander soort hebben uitgekozen i.p.v. een zangeres die allemaal covers zing.

The environment is really nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly. The hairdresser is great, I showed her some references of haircuts photos that I liked and she explained to me different haircuts and methodology. Gave me suggestions and I felt confident of her work.
The only detail that was not perfect was that they needed to change the date of my haircut, but because some communication problem I didn’t get the message and I went for the haircut and could not do it on the day, having to return another day. For future cases, I suggest trying to send an email, WhatsApp message, SMS, besides the telephone call ;-)
But even though the experience was very good!

I took my mom for a plasma facial and the results were amazing! Her skin really glowed after the treatment and the attention she received was also impressive. They were really careful and detailed-oriented throughout the whole process checking in with her needs and specificities of her skin type. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
