Thank you for the session. However, I wanted to share that this time my experience was quite disappointing.
I had the feeling that the girl who was doing the treatment for me did not really want to be there. I did not feel much care or attention, and everything seemed to be done as quickly as possible. I have never experienced this at your clinic before, which is why I was quite surprised.
In addition, the masks and treatments applied to my face were done rather carelessly. During the session, my eyebrows were washed and touched many times, which I really did not like because I had just tinted them beforehand.
Previously, I had another therapist at your clinic who was the complete opposite — very careful, attentive, and mindful of the more sensitive areas of my face. This time, I honestly felt like I could have done the treatment myself at home in the same way, instead of coming to the clinic and being treated like this.
There was also very little communication throughout the session. Nothing was explained, and I had the feeling that she simply wanted to finish as quickly as possible. At the end of the treatment, she did not really say anything, so I was left unsure whether we had finished. The only thing she said was, “Do you need anything else?”
I understand that perhaps she was having a difficult day, and I normally never leave negative feedback. However, this experience was more than just “not great,” so I felt it was important to share it. I truly hope that when I come back next time, I will not be booked with the same therapist again (fingers crossed 🤞
