I had a back massage with Arya to reduce the tension and knots in my shoulders and neck. It was painful and very good. It feels like Arya really knows what he is doing, how muscles are connected and how to release them. Dawa is amazing, it was a great treatment. The only thing is that you can hear when the bell rings every time or if people are talking in the waiting room which makes it hard to relax.
