The massage was extremely disappointing. I asked several times for more pressure, but the therapist continued at the same very light level. It didn’t feel like a proper massage at all – more like light stroking and rubbing without any real technique or pressure. At times she briefly attempted some kneading, but it was done half-heartedly and without consistency. Overall, it felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing, and instead of feeling relaxed, I just felt frustrated.
