Overal a waste of money. Cuticles were not cleaned properly and the technician was not careful. Even the top coat is not applied to the whole surface of the nails. The worst is that my nails got thinner and broke already which never happens with BIAB.

My appointment took place half an hour later compared to when I booked. Chemical smell inside. The staff is nice but they seem stressed. The place seems understaffed and they don't allow enough time for each treatment so they have to rush.

Got a new set of BIAB here. Price was reasonable and lower than in other nail salons. Anna was attentive and did exactly what I wanted without any fuss. Will be back for a refill
