Hannah was extremely rude when I asked her to fix a nail she had painted over my cuticle. I was shocked. She shouted at me saying I have an attitude and I’m not wanted as a customer. She asked me to not come back and that’s exactly what I am going to do. It’s a pity after so many years visiting this salon to be treated this way. She should get some training on client communication by Nicholas.
