I Had the girl with short hair this time for acrylic refill and I am not very happy with her work. She drills multiple times too deep which hurts my nails and today I was left with a deep cut under my thumb made from the drill. It was painful and I gasped when it happened but no apology was made. I wished she could’ve been more gentle. Nail appointment should be relaxing and not painful.

This time Hanna was taking care of my nails. All of the nail technicians at Vanessa Nails are experts. So far I like Hanna’s style the most and I am already looking forward to my Christmas nail design in December.

The folks at Vanessa Nails are professional nail artists. They do a far superior job to any of the nail salons I’ve visited for dipping powder while living in the US. Powder is applied with a brush and expertly shaped to complement your nail bed and the shape and desired length of your nails. Cuticles are pushed back and trimmed so application lasts as long as possible. I am delighted with their service and will continue to use them on a regular basis.
