I was happy with the outcome of my nails and the care with which Anna did them. My only complaint is that nobody answered the door after ringing multiple times and when someone eventually did, I waited for half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start before Anna realized she had another appointment for which she was late. I have a full time job and it’s unprofessional to not be considerate of someone else’s time.
