I had an appointment yesterday . I explained to the barber that I only wanted a simple 2 cm trim. He assured me he could do it, but instead, he cut my hair extremely short and left it looking unfinished. The back of my neck is uneven—one side is almost empty. On top of that, I have a razor cut on my face. Despite this terrible experience, I still paid for the service. My hair is now unshaped and unbalanced, and I would never recommend this place. I request a refund for this unacceptable
