Goed geknipt, geven duidelijk advies. Ze zijn ook goed in kleuren en adviseren over kleur.

To start with what I did like, the staff at the salon is friendly and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment.
I went to get my hair coloured and a treatment; nevertheless, I was explained highlights and a toner would fit my needs better, which I agreed to after understanding the hairdresser's explanations. Moreover, they also suggested a haircut for my damaged ends which I didn't mind.
The colour seemed fine, I was not expecting miracles since I had a very brassy blonde; however, the problem I discovered when I got home and saw my hair in natural light.. my roots are several tones darker than the rest of my hair, leaving the colour not blended and looking as if I coloured it myself at home. In addition to this there was another minor issue (which I'd have been willing to overlook if the overall outcome would have been ok). I had booked a "hot towel" hair treatment.. which was not what I got; the hairdresser simply put on a hair mask.
This was my second attempt going at this salon; which won't be the case in the future unfortunately. The staff is nice and tries to help perhaps with the best intentions.. but the result is not something that I am happy with.
