Dit was mijn eerste keer waxen en ik was ontzettend nerveus! Maar Maritza hielp me
erdoorheen en uiteindelijk vond ik de pijn wel meevallen. Ik vond het een fijne eerste ervaring en ik ga nooit meer scheren!🤣 mijn volgende afspraak staat al gepland!

I do understand that salons need a deposit and that a booking cannot be changed less than 24 hours before, but this is the first time where I was going to be late and 1) I was told I cannot come at any other time because they were fully booked (even though when I later checked, they had slots available the next day and 2) I was not even offered a modified service that would take less time. So I was just charged with no service and was not even offered any alternatives.
