I was very happy with the haircut from Yensi. She was very precise with all edges and also included my beard and eyebrows. I will definetly use Yensi again

Got my hair braided very quickly and very well! She knew exactly what I wanted and was very sweet. Also the other hairdressers at the shop wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Will come back for sure! x

The worst hair treatment ever! My hair (dark brown) got bleached instead of getting colored - i asked for ombre and the color in the back was bleached on 75% of my hair to yellow blond! Since my visit there I cannot wear hair loose, because doesn't feel comfortable (different shades of color are too much visible & separated and not blended together!). I had beautiful long dark hair and now need to hide it which makes me want to cry. Plus it took the hairdresser 3.5 hour to cut & 'color' hair (rather say bleach it!) The worst experience ever and waist of time and money! To be honest - the hairdresser should not have even charged me for making this ugly hair! Instead she just said it looks super beautiful! Probably it will take me & my hair some months to recover from this horrible mistake.
