Honestly, one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had. Elif is a great professional, she took the time to understand my needs/wants, always checking in on me, always making sure we are on the same page. The shop is so cute and cozy. Great vibes. Haircut service: the process, products, results: 10/10.

I went at ZO.EL for a gellak after a terrible experience in another salone. My nails were super ruined and tortured and Zoe helped me a lot, telling me it wasn't a good idea to proceed with gellak but start a therapy. I really appreciated she was so honest and professional.
