Hi, I’m Eugeniya. I am a passionate therapist and a dedicated yoga practitioner, committed to the service of human well-being and the liberation from suffering. My life’s work is centered on helping others achieve physical, emotional, and mental balance. My practice is rooted in the wisdom of ancient massage techniques, yet I go beyond tradition by integrating modern findings in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and pain science.

Every client's journey of healing and self-discovery is unique. There's no one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand each person's individual needs, goals, and challenges, tailoring my sessions to create a personalized and effective path towards wholeness.

Since 2013, my passion for personal growth has led me to work closely with individuals on their wellness journeys. Since 2018, I’ve conducted over 11,000 transformational sessions in Amsterdam, consistently helping clients achieve their wellness goals and improving their quality of life.
