I needed more pressure and less conversation….

What a fantastic experience during my treatment. The only feedback I’d like to give is to please remind your reception staff that this is a spa, where people come for tranquility. There is really no need to speak loudly amongst themselves in front of guests. While they were nice, the high volume level of their conversation and nature of conversation (chit chat and non work related jokes) were not the ending to my day. If we are going to a 5 star spa, then it must be 5 star across the board.

Beautiful spa and venue, the Conservatorium and Akasha spa are always an excellent experience. The staff is very helpful and considerate, and treatments are top notch.

I had an amazing facial, super happy!
Few points that i would like to share- people at the pool area were with their iphones- hope they were not filming or taking pictures- i think it should be forbidden. I could not fully relax as they were using audio messages. Also girls were talking so loud that u could hear them in the sauna- really annoying.
