Good morning. It was not the best massage I had and sometimes I got hurt during the session. I was very disappointed because of not having had the opportunity to use the other SPA facilities and the website did not specify that before going to the centre. In addition both the website and the mails inboxed to me were in Dutch only and it was a problem to get clear information. I aware that the spa is located in the city centre but the value for money it's very bad for me because of the massage. On the other hand, both hygiene and facilities were at the top of my expectations. I think I'm not join your Spa centre again. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to send a feedback! Greetings.

Geen rondleiding of uitleg waar alles te vinden was;lastig als je voor het eerst bent. De salade die ik bestelde bij de lunch was wel heel erg duur voor Zo'n kleine portie, vooral als je veel zwemt etc. en honger krijgt. Verder was alles top: heerlijke massage, steeds nieuwe handdoeken overal, heel veel rust en ontspanning.

Door vekeersopstopping 20 minuten te laat daardoor maar korte behandeling.Had best extra tijd willen kopen.

Slechte communicatie over bevestiging boeking. Moesten lang wachten op champagne die bij de behandeling inbegrepen zat. Daarna nog twee champagne besteld maar nooit gekregen. Prijs - kwaliteit kan veel beter. Verder goede faciliteiten en schoon.
