Extremely thorough
Ventilation needs to be improved because it smelled too strongly of nail polish and music choices are a bit weird & repetitive.

The treatment was good...but I just wanted to relax and all the lady who helped me do was talk talk talk and offer advice which I wasn't really looking for! The service was very distracting & unsettling overall, despite the high quality of the treatment.

The staff wasn't expecting me, the salon looks like it's still under construction as furniture isn't built yet.

I didn't like the atmosphere, music and environment. Megan tried to be nice, but actually was a bit aggressive and pushy.
