The treatment was disappointing and not professional. First of all, the hygiene: the tools were not sanitised between the previous customer and myself. The technician used standard nail clippers and not professional nippers. The file was old and crusty. There were old nail clippings in the sink. Second, the process: my feet weren’t washed or soaked beforehand so my feet were unprepared. Cuticles were cut too much. It was rushed and not precise. After 20 mins she declared the treatment finished.

Super nice ladies they did my nails so well even offered me a free service would definitely recommend and I will come back here more often often
