Everything was good but we had to wait half an hour! for our appointment, no explanation, I had to ask if all was ok. Later the guy at reception told us that somebody before us was late and therefore our appointment was later. It was strange as the salon just opened, but later I saw that apparently one of the owners was the one taking our time and putting herself before our appointment to make some eyelashes treatment. Certainly she did not have appointment, as ours was the first of the day.
