Made an appointment, but waited 40 minutes before being washed. Then had to wait another 10 minutes while the hairdresser was chatting with the leaving customer at the door. Apparently the wait was "because it is Christmas". It seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, and the result is so bad I'll go to another barber to get it fixed. Please don't come here.
