Ihad a lash treatment here yesterday and within 10 hours all the lashes had fallen out. I immediately tried calling the salon the next morning 5x but no one picked up. Since I was left without lashes, I had no choice but to go to another salon and pay again (double the cost).
Later, through WhatsApp, I was told I would not get a refund, with the excuse that I “just didn’t like it.” It did not last! And their response:”not our fault that our phone not working”.
