This was my second time booking with the same person here, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great one. Although, she was very apologetic for this and really tried her best, but I left the place almost 2.5 hours later (!!) with completely different nails, in a different colour and three cuticle bruises and some nail chipping. I would have appreciated being upfront about the skills or at least offering a compensatory discount or so to make up for it. Unable to add a picture..
