I specifically asked for the strongest curl possible and was told this could be done. Unfortunately, the final result was much more subtle than expected and did not match what we discussed beforehand.After contacting the salon, they offered a 50% refund, which is a fair and professional solution, and is appreciated. Based on both the result and the communication afterwards, I did not feel confident that my wishes were fully understood or executed. Despite the compensation, I won't be returning.
