It was my 1st experience (shiatsu & acupuncture) and I must say it was well worth my visit! Mr. Steg is very friendly & experienced. I was experiencing tightness in my neck & shoulders and both methods gave pain relief and I could move my neck a lot better after that. The warmth in the room/on the table and nice music also helped to relax during the treatment.
