I had awful experience last time. I scheduled a booking with a certain person, but he was not available that day at the venus despite the system listed him as available. When I asked an administrator to help me with this, she offered a replacement with another guy, whi was busy at the moment with a client, but should have taken me shortly. After finishing he took another client and completely ignored me, so I decided to leave after wasting about an hour in the venue. Will never visit this place again, they do not respect their customers.

My fiance and I made an appointment only 1 hour before, quick and easy, and we loved that we could come both at the same time. The staff was super nice and more important, very professional! I got few good advices for my hair and last, but not the least - I loved my new style! We will definitely be back.
