Carrie is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had. She brings a wealth of experience on how to treat injuries and really targets the massage to your needs and your body. I highly recommend her!

I have had several deep tissue massages here for recurring neck and shoulder stiffness/pain and tension, and always have a very positive experience. The team are very knowledgeable and always cater the massage to your specific requirements. I would highly recommend them.

Carrie’s medical training is a huge benefit when going for a deep tissue massage. Her treatments are more targeted and effective. The effect is also more lasting, especially when followed up with my own stretching or yoga.
