The atmosphere felt quite chaotic, and the instructions provided were unclear. It would have been much nicer to experience a calmer, more relaxing environment before the massage itself. Additionally, the first 20 minutes were spent solely on breathing exercises rather than the massage, and not on any of the areas I had specifically chosen and paid for. Unfortunately, the abdominal area was skipped altogether, reportedly due to a lack of time. Overall, the lymphatic drainage was of rather poor.

The massage was wonderful, and very friendly staff. The space is also beautiful and feels like an oasis away from the business of the city. Definitely recommend!
