The atmosphere is really nice, she offered me a tea while I had the hair mask on and she has two adorable cats that come and say hello and play with you

Rather unpleasant experience!1.I had to wait.2.Chay was rushing with me&spent 35min instead of 40 as per Treatwell+she said it supposed to be 20min.3.constantly pulled my hair.4.cut shorter than it was agreed.5.No mirror to see haircut from the back

Sorry Chay, it wasn’t at all what I expected this time. I clearly asked for a blend on the side and i was given“wings” kind of look instead of that. Moreover, the haircut itself had a defect which looks very bad, the top has been cut much shorter than the sides which made my head look really weird.
Chay is a nice and polite person tho. I just won’t visit that hairsalon again because I’m not getting the haircut I ask for.
