The lady who did my nails was more preoccupied with chatting with her friends rather than focusing on the task at hand. Because of this she ended up cutting my cuticles 4 times during the manicure process. It is by far one of the worst manicures that I have ever had and I do not plan to ever return to this salon. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a high quality manicure or pedicure.

Ik heb het echt naar mijn zin gehad. Ook was het mijn eerste keer in een nagel studio, ze waren erg vriendelijk de thee was echt heerlijk.
Ik vind dat de nagels de prijs wat je betaald waard zijn. Ik kwam met een foto mijn nagels zijn gedaan precies zoals de foto die ik had.

I had a terrible experience. I went in for an underarm wax. I was first greeted in a not-so-friendly way, with them basically asking me "what do you want?" In relation to the waxing itself, the wax was too hot when she put it on. Then she proceeded to ripping a patch of my skin off. The worst part was probably the fact that she made no recognition/reaction to ripping my skin off. I only found out when I got home and had a look in the mirror. She also continued to wax my underarm over and over again without break, causing extreme pain. I'm not sure if she even knew how to properly wax, as she was not pulling the strip as close to the skin as possible, and at times changing the direction of waxing. In short, never ever go to Glamazone for waxing.

Ik had een standaard pedicure geboekt. Op de website staat dat dit inclusief het lakken van de nagels is. Echter werd hier een meerprijs van €5 voor gerekend; niet klantvriendelijk dus en er wordt niet aan de afgesproken behandeling gehouden. Erg jammer.
