I had an updo trial for my hair. I paid 45€ for a trial prior to my main appointment to ensure that I like the updo on the day of my main appointment. The main appointment was 90€. But updo in my trial was not similar to the photos I showed her before, so I asked her to adjust it. She said she can do it as i like, but i must pay another trial of 45€ or just come earlier on the main day to see if I like what they do. It seemed they only cared about the money and not the customer satisfaction.
