Came in for a mini manicure with CND shellac on a Saturday, nails started to show chips on Wednesday and now a week later it is coming off three nails like stickers that come loose.

Not my first time here, first time not satisfied though. Eyebrow shape and color are super nice, however I have a few super small wounds on my eyelid which are slightly painful. Those wounds didn't come out right after the treatment (otherwise I would have mentioned with the staff) but after a few hours. It's a pity because the service was nice but I am not sure I want to have my eyelid wounded.

Ik was de vorige keer heel tevreden, de vrouw die mij behandelde was super aardig en nam echt de tijd. Nu was dat het tegenovergestelde. Toen ik thuis kwam zag ik dat het echt niet goed gedaan was. Ook duurde de behandeling maar een kwartier, terwijl er 40 minuten voor stonden ingepland.. het was allemaal erg gehaast

The colour and shape of brow henna applied did not suit my face at all on first try. The shape of the brows she had painted on was enormous (!!) so had to ask the lady to remove them, they were also not even the same shape. The beautician had to soak off the colour which irritated my skin. Overall the end result was ok but would have liked for her to get it right first time.
