It’s sad, but second time I get burns on my skin. I said the wax is too hot, but it didn’t help. Maybe it happens because of the quality of wax, I don’t know. But earlier I didn’t had this problem.

Not what I'm used to from NKD. Normally I'm a very happy customer, but this time it was not good at all. To be short it was done sloppy (still some hairs left for me to tweeze) and also much more painful than usual because she kept waxing the same spot over and over again, which is very irritating on the skin. Also, I think the woman that helped me was a friendly person, but I wouldn't know because she barely spoke a word (English or Dutch). Not that I would like to have an extensive conversation while being waxed, but it just didn't seem like she was interested in her customer, which is kind of the least you expect from someone in the service industry. This didn't just show in her lack of conversation but also in the way she reacted when she spilled wax on my leg. No effort was made apologising or trying to make the treatment as painless as possible (as I'm used to from other people working at NKD). I'm definitely not trying to make someone look bad or get her fired, but I do think it's important to maintain the same quality for the entire company and just felt I needed to speak up.
