nieuwe medewerkster die erg gezellig is. Achteraf zag ik alleen dat ze iets minder secuur is dan het andere personeel.

I specifically requested Melanie for my wax in advance but got put with another lady which was so disappointing. Last time I went, Melanie was brilliant but this time around, I had a terrible experience. Definitely not worth 40 Euro for what seemed to be a treatment done by a trainee:
1- lady was inexperienced and unprofessional and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable the whole time
2- Her bedside manner was not discrete or gentle and conversation was just weird
3- There was no structure at all just simply slapping on wax where ever and constantly walking around the bed to both sides
4- It was messy and often the wax was still sticky before pulling (horrible)
5 - The post cleaning process was WAY too intimate
6 - It took so long (45min) - much longer than I have ever experienced
7 - At the end, I was not given privacy to put my clothes back on and check the job. The lady stayed in the room and watched me.
If you can get Melanie then it is totally worth it

My first Brazilian wax in years, from a very sweet Spanish girl. Not a pleasant experience, but as pleasant as possible due to her. Only one small comment, not all wax bits were totally removed but other than that happy with the end result.
Overall, thanks girl from Bilbao!
