I arrived only 7 minutes late, but they had already marked my appointment as a “no-show.” On top of that, the haircut is awful – it isn’t even symmetrical on both sides.
The staff’s attitude was disappointing and felt unnecessarily rude because of the slight delay. They also charged me an extra €15 for rescheduling my appointment twice, even though both changes were made more than 4 hours in advance and I was sick at the time.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I am unhappy!
