Heerlijke behandeling gehad van Fatima! Ze heeft veel geduld en neemt alle tijd zodat je optimaal geniet van de hammam en eventueel massage. Ik kom zeker weer.

Sympathieke en capabele vrouw. Ik weet niets van de Spa en moet het beoordelen. Beoordeel ik niet dan blijven jullie sturen. Het werkt wel, maar ik maar voortaan afspraken buiten jullie om.

Well, let me start with + points first. The lady who is doing the hammam is good on what she is doing. BUT I reserved the treatment for my mother who came to visit me in Groningen. Her appointment was at 13.00, we arrived and served with tea then at 13:30 she went to the Hammam. I left with my child and planned to return at 14.00.. the total treatment time supposed to be 45 min, However my mother finished at 15.40 because the lady who is suppose to treat my mother left her in the Hammam while she was busy with another costumer who came for a massage!! This is absolutely not a professional way to treat your costumer, she is literally wasted our time!! we returned as planned and had to wait for mother for more than an hour!! In addition, when I was trying to keep my child calm, who was annoyed of course of waiting, I let allowed him to watch an cartoon episode, then she came to say that someone is busy with massage and ask me to lower the volume of my phone!!! Well, I don't allow my 2 years old child to watch cartoon only when he's really annoyed and I did that because of her! My mother is ok in general but I AM really annoyed!
