Juno Ayurveda is headed by Jodi, an Ayurvedic Practitioner that is deeply passionate about holistic healing. With a Bachelor’s degree and a deep knowledge of Ayurvedic techniques she carries a gentle, intuitive approach. Jodi tailors each treatment to your unique needs, helping you reconnect with your inner harmony. Jodi’s therapies support needs ranging from lifestyle and nutrition advice, stress related burn-out, women’s wellness such as pre-and post-pregnancy, hormonal balance, gynaecological imbalances, skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, insomnia or restless sleep, digestive issues, body stagnation or lethargy. Jodi will work with you to tailor a treatment that suits each individuals needs.
