1- Although I made an appointment since a week before the time, they still gave me to an intern to do my keratin therapy.
2- I’m not satisfied with the result at all, because I can see almost no change in my hair curls. As they instructed, I washed my hair after 3 days and saw my hair hasn’t changed. I have done keratin treatments before but the result was totally different.
3- They kept burning my head too much that I couldn’t even comb my hair afterwards, they thought I was a spoiled kid because their straightener doesn’t give heat from sides, but at the end the intern found out that it was because of the metal comb they were using. The comb was heating up and then burning my head skin!
4- Although the price for medium hair length treatment is €120 in their website, they still charged my €160 which I didn’t understand.
I want nothing but success for their team and also the intern because he was polite, but I’m not going to choose Maestro in the future for any of my treatments or regular barber/hairdresser services.
