I'm incredibly picky about my sports massages and tried several different venues after moving back to the Netherlands. None of them compared to the quality I was used to before relocating to Utrecht.. until I found Cheryl! In addition to providing (sports) massages she's trained as a physiotherapist and is very knowledgeable about anything movement-, niggle- and injury-related. I'd 100% recommend booking a sports massage with her, you won't regret it!

I have had shoulder & neck massages, stress massages and sports massages with Cheryl - all were excellent!
Cheryl is great and pays attention to your needs and concerns. She has managed to resolve my sports overuse injuries and alignment issues, which is fabulous!
She really knows her stuff and a session with her makes you (and your body) feel fantastic!

Cheryl offers wonderful sports & pregnancy massages. I have been going to her for over a year and have never been dissatisfied with the wonderful service she provides. She is a qualified South African Physiotherapist with years of experience. This is shown in the professional way she works with your body and the insight she shows into injuries or body pains. She is a lovely person and we always have great conversations during the treatment too. I would highly recommend her! Best in Leidsche Rijn

Cheryl’s massages are absolutely the best I have experienced. Cheryl clearly has a very precise and detailed understanding of the body, and she has helped me heal injuries as well as soothe the aches and pains that often occur as a new mum. Her massages leave me feeling totally relaxed and restored. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Cheryl is simply amazing. She doesn't shy away from using pressure where pressure is needed and you will leave feeling reborn.
