I have been a customer for 4 years and always appreciated the quality of the service. Unfortunately, my experience on 19 July was disappointing. When my child was sick, I contacted the salon to reschedule, but there was a misunderstanding. Despite attending and receiving the treatment, I was marked as a no-show on Treatwell. I waited patiently while another customer was being finished, but the payment process became unclear. I left confused about the charges and Treatwell handling.

When getting a leg wax here, it is a good idea to check in bright light. This time, two strips were missed so I asked Xue to redo it, which she did. Why this salon does waxing in dark rooms is unfathomable to me.
On the plus side, one can book an appointment online at very short notice, and the salon is open on Mondays.
