I had an accident with my hair and came in to have it all cut off. It was matted and tangled to the point where I did not think it could be fixed. I was emotional and had spent the whole weekend resigned to the fact that I would lose my long hair. Roxanne refused to cut it and worked on it for 7 HOURS, slowly freeing every individual hair. She was calm the whole time did not let me leave until it was done. I don't think that any other hairdresser in Amsterdam would have done something like that. She is an angel walking this earth. Thank you Roxanne! I will be going back for hair extensions and all future appointments. She is someone to trust with your hair and she has the patience of a saint.

Thay are falling off very fast and don’t look so good. The prices are too high for the low quality
