This massage was simply the best massage I’ve ever had. After 11 hours in the air and four days exploring France (averaging 25k steps each day), I’d arrived in Amsterdam with extreme tightness in my hips, glutes, hams, calves, and heels. It didn’t even take my therapist more than 20 minute to really start releasing the knots I felt, but what surprised me was that she was finding and releasing knots I hadn’t realized I had. My muscles would spasm, protecting a misaligned joint/junction. But throughout my session, they all melted away and I left the establishment feeling like $1M (and also like I just survived 10 rds in a boxing ring). It was absolutely worth it.
