Altijd een goede ervaring bij Adem! Hij is sinds een paar jaar mijn vaste kapper, en de kwaliteit is heel goed. Ook heeft nog nooit iemand mijn haar zo mooi geföhnd

I arrived early for my appointment, which seemed to annoy Adem. I explained that I didn't mind waiting and understood that I had arrived early. I requested to color only a portion of my hair. Adem became angry and initially refused, but quickly changed his mind when I suggested cancelling. He proceeded to dye my hair without cutting it, despite having paid for a haircut as well. He had promised to use a light brown color, but the result was closer to black. Adem is truly unprofessional and rude
